For those who feel they work well independently and just want someone to take the time to assess their sleep quality and anxieties around sleep.
You will complete a Sleep Quality Scale Questionnaire and some relevant lifestyle questions online. I will review your information and in our session I will give you clear guidance and identify what specifically is causing your sleep problems and the tools you can use to support yourself to sleep better.
